By accessing or using Mistri Saab ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

Description of Service

Mistri Saab is a platform that connects clients seeking construction and repair services with verified tradespeople ("traders"). We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreement between clients and traders.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Circumvent payment or fee structures
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

Transactions Between Users

Mistri Saab facilitates connections but is not involved in the actual transaction between clients and traders. All agreements, payments, and work arrangements are solely between the client and trader. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of work performed
• The accuracy of job descriptions or trader qualifications
• Payment disputes between clients and traders
• Any damages or losses resulting from transactions

Fees and Payments

Currently, Mistri Saab is free to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Mistri Saab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• The quality of work performed by traders
• The outcome of any transaction

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mistri Saab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mistri Saab from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
